On 15 May 2018, the ACT ASPG and the 20/20 by 2030 Foundation hosted a panel discussion at the Legislative Assembly about women in parliament. Following the 2016 election, the Legislative Assembly became the first legislature in Australian history with a majority of women.
Three of the women that make up the 9th Assembly–Mrs Giulia Jones MLA, Ms Caroline Le Couteur MLA and Ms Tara Cheyne MLA–spoke with Virginia Haussegger, Director of 20/20 by 2030, about their experiences.
